By accessing or using POBO (“Platform”), you agree to theseTerms & Conditions.
2. About POBO
POBO is a technology platform that helps users discover andaccess relevant products and services based on their requirements.POBO operates as a facilitator with an addedsupport layer, including pricing insights and issue resolution (“POBOShield”).
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate information
- You must use the Platform lawfully
4. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate and complete inputs
- Not to misuse the Platform
- Not to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
5. Nature of Services
POBO:
- Matches user requirements with relevant suppliers
- Enables efficient pricing through aggregated demand (“Institutional Pricing”)
- Facilitates transactions
- Supports issue resolution through POBO Shield
POBO does not guarantee:
- Lowest price in every case
- Supplier performance or outcomes
- Availability of all products/services
6. Orders & Transactions
- Transactions may involve third-party suppliers
- Final pricing, timelines, and execution depend on supplier terms
- POBO may assist in coordination and resolution
7. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party gateways
- Subject to their respective terms
- POBO is not responsible for external payment failures
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Governed by the POBO Refund Policy
- POBO may support users through POBO Shield
- Final outcomes depend on supplier terms and case specifics
9. POBO Shield
POBO may support users in resolving issues with suppliers. Support may include:
- Coordination
- Escalation
- Facilitation of resolution
POBO Shield is:
- Best-effort
- Case-based
- Not a guarantee of specific outcomes or compensation
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by POBO. Unauthorized use isprohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- POBO’s role is limited to facilitation and support
- POBO is not responsible for third-party execution failures
- Liability, if any, shall be limited to amounts paid through the Platform
12. Termination
POBO may suspend or terminate access for violations ofthese Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
14. Changes to Terms
Continued use of POBO constitutes acceptance of updatedTerms.
