POBO may assist by:
- Reviewing the issue
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Facilitating fair resolution
5. Refund Processing

- Typically via the original payment method
6. Limitations
- Outcomes depend on supplier terms and case specifics
- Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases
