  • Before confirmation: generally allowed
  • After confirmation: subject to supplier terms
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
  • Non-delivery
  • Significant deviation from agreed scope
  • Service failure
POBO may assist by:
  • Reviewing the issue
  • Coordinating with suppliers
  • Facilitating fair resolution
  • Processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Typically via the original payment method
  • Outcomes depend on supplier terms and case specifics
  • Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases
  • Each request is evaluated individually
