POBO - Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Membership Fee: The POBO Annual Membership fee of ₹1,180 (inclusive of GST) is non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed.
• No Refund Policy: As our platform provides immediate access to collective negotiation data and member-only real estate insights, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after membership activation.
• Referral Program: While membership fees are non-refundable, members may participate in the POBO Referral Program. Successful referrals may earn the member discounts on future renewals or other platform benefits as specified in the referral terms.
• Cancellation: Users may choose not to renew their membership at the end of the 1-year term. No pro-rated refunds are provided for early termination of use.
• Dispute Resolution: In case of duplicate payments due to technical glitches, users should contact contactus@pobo.club with payment IDs for a manual review and reversal of the duplicate amount.
